Please read the following terms carefully before registering as a member, playing games, or using any service on the khela88 platform. These rules govern the relationship between you and khela88.
1. General Rules
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the khela88 platform and all of its services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between khela88 and the user of the platform ("Member").

- "Balance" refers to the total amount of money held in a member's account.
1.2 Order of Precedence
If separate terms exist for a specific game or promotion, those specific terms will take precedence over these general terms. However, the matters stated in these general terms shall always remain applicable.
2. Membership and Account
Membership with khela88 is entirely voluntary. Members must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Registering with false or incomplete information is strictly prohibited, and khela88 reserves the right to close any such account at any time.
2.1 One Account Policy
Each member may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, the same mobile number, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
2.2 Account Security
Members are required to keep their account login credentials confidential. Account passwords must not be shared with anyone. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, khela88's support team must be notified immediately. Using another person's account or transferring an account is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Identity Verification
khela88 may at any time request documents necessary to confirm a member's identity. khela88 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until the verification process is complete.
3. Age Verification
At the time of registration, members must confirm that they are at least 21 years old. khela88 may at any time request a national ID card or other government-issued document to verify age. Account activity may be restricted until age verification is complete.
If it is found that an account is being operated by a minor, that account will be closed immediately and the balance will be cancelled.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on khela88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Designated payment methods must be used for deposits and withdrawals.
4.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (all methods).
- Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).
- Members must deposit from a mobile banking or bank account registered in their own name.
- Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and such transactions will be considered void.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- khela88 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if the verification process has not been completed.
4.3 Transaction Responsibility
Members are responsible for all transactions made on their account. khela88 is not liable for issues arising from transactions made with incorrect information. Any discrepancy in a transaction must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Bonus Claim Conditions
- The welcome bonus is available only once and only with the first deposit.
- Additional terms of a specific promotion may apply to claim a bonus.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x the bonus amount. For example: if a member deposits ৳1,000 and receives a ৳1,000 bonus, the total balance will be ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.
Another example: a deposit of ৳16,200 earns a ৳8,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳24,200, and to meet the wagering requirement ৳8,000 × 15 = ৳1,20,000 must be wagered.
5.3 Bonus Cancellation Situations
- Bonuses will be cancelled if evidence of fraudulent activity or use of multiple accounts is found.
- khela88 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses along with the balance if bonus abuse is proven.
- Claiming bonuses using a VPN or proxy is strictly prohibited.
6. Gaming Rules
khela88 offers various types of games — including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, sports betting, and many more options. Separate rules may apply for each game and betting category.
6.1 Game Results
All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, khela88 will make the final decision on the status of that bet.
6.2 Betting Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- khela88 reserves the right to void any unusual bets or winnings that arise from exploiting a technical error.
- If an error is detected in the game software or system, all bets placed during that period may be re-evaluated.
6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting
Specific sports betting rules apply to betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket matches. If a result is not determined before the match begins or a match is abandoned, bet settlement will be carried out in accordance with the official rules of the relevant league.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Creating two or more accounts.
- Placing coordinated bets to take advantage of bonuses (bonus abuse).
- Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Attempting any form of hacking or cyber attack on the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
- Operating an account in the name of a third party.
- Conducting fraudulent activities against other members.
- Inappropriate behaviour or threats towards platform staff or other members.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
khela88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances.
8.1 Grounds for Suspension
- Suspected violation of these Terms.
- Failure to provide identity or age verification documents.
- Suspicious or unusual financial transactions on the account.
- Temporary account closure at the member's own request.
8.2 Consequences of Closure
If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the bonus balance and any unauthorised winnings will be forfeited. A decision on the return of deposited funds will be made on a case-by-case basis.
9. Limitation of Liability
khela88 bears no responsibility for financial losses incurred through gaming or betting. Use of the platform is entirely at the member's own risk. khela88 is not liable for incomplete games caused by loss of internet connection, power outage, or device-related issues.
khela88 is not obliged to provide compensation for any loss caused by temporary platform downtime, maintenance, or technical errors. However, khela88 remains active at all times in resolving issues.
10. Privacy and Security
khela88 gives the highest priority to protecting members' personal information. Members' registration and transaction data are secured using SSL encryption technology. Details of how members' information is collected, stored, and used can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Members' information is not shared with third parties, except where required by legal obligation.
11. Responsible Gaming
khela88 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not an addiction. We encourage members to play in a healthy and controlled manner. Members can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, or play breaks at any time.
